Design Brief & Confirmation
Once we review your request, we’ll confirm the scope of work and send you an invoice by email. After payment is received, we begin the design process.
Design & Revisions
We create the initial design based on your brief. You can review it and send feedback. Each project includes up to 2–3 revision rounds to refine the design and ensure it meets your expectations. Design timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project and feedback stages, but most design orders are completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Final Files Delivery
After approval, you receive your finished design files in the required formats, ready for print or digital use.

We check your print files free of charge and make minor adjustments if necessary. After checking the files, we will send you an invoice to your e-mail. (If we cannot use your print files, we will contact you via e-mail)
Payment and order sending
You can pay for your order by transferring to our bank account or via PayPal. Bank details will be on your invoice. Once payment is received, your order is printed and sent to you.
